Leslie Angie and Megan make the BEST YOGURT IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I am a regular here. Their customer service was awesome they are so friendly. Love this place!!!

so I went to 21 choices today and we were standing outside with our masks on when the employee came out with the samples we ask for the chocolate one and we go grab it from her hand as she did with previous customers she put it on the floor like we are dogs and she expects us to get it and eat it off the floor with a spoon on the ground then we go to order they don’t hear anything under the glass and mess up three out of six orders they just can’t hear you and they charge you random things and give you random ice cream’s then they go to throw out the trash because it’s almost closing then she yells at us because we told them it’s not OK to put it on the ground and give it to us.

This place has the best ice cream period.

Definitely does not close at 12 Walked in at 11:23 & they said to leave when I got to the counter

Glad they are back! Awesome Frozen yogurt and the awesome choices. But that line!

The contractor was very friendly but wouldn't give me any yogurt because I don't know I guess it's not open yet or whatever

Flavors were great and even with the small size the portions are ample. Just when we went on a Sunday night, there were only 2 employees and the line and wait got pretty long.

For my first time visit, I found the ice cream and additional fillers to be absolutely delicious. Large amount of the college aged crowd stopped to also delight in the various combinations of ice cream and fillers. Created delights on cold stones to create selected flavors and fillers. I ordered the "salty sailor" which I truly enjoyed.

This place is delicious! I tried the salted caramel macaroon and it was the perfect in combination of sweet and salty. The line was really long but went by very quickly! The staff is quick and they limit you to two samples per customer. Overall very flavorful ice cream!

Soooo good! They make everything on a frozen table, folded into the froyo like Goldstone. I had the Nutella truffle, and the froyo was really sweet and didn't taste like froyo. The Nutella was the perfect texture, and there was something like sugar cookie batter in it. Soooo yummy!

Haven't gone to 21 choices since College now I take the kids to it but they moved it to another corner and I have to wait to reopen so went there to reopen I went there still the same good

Today was a lousy service, the person in charge wasting time cleaning and cleaning cleaning things that were not needed and the line of people waiting for 1 hour with 3 people who did nothing was called Tina

I use to like going here but I noticed that their lines are not practicing 6 feet spacing people are up on each other like a club in line. Spoke to an employee and she said inside they're practicing safety measures but they cant do anything about the congregating outside. So yogurt with a side of covid19 yummm. So be safe while in line remember to follow healthy department regulations as well as CDC. Oh she also mentioned that they're trying to hurry up and get people served so they cant control the line cause the $$ is more important

It’s great fro yo but the design of this place is kind of a fail compare with the old location :/ weird layout and only one door makes it a mess when it’s busy.

You can choose a custom mix and it's awesome. These guys do great work and hv extensive ingredients. Everytime you go you can get a different combo and it would take a long time before you run out of ideas.I have vanilla with strawberries, blueberries and poundcake mixed together. It'S great.

Wait at least 40 mins for great yogurt because the owners are too cheap to hire the right amount of staff to make the establishment run efficiently. Unfortunate to see the way they care for their employees by making not providing more employees during busy times.

21 choices is still a classic, but the new location doesn't feel as thoughtful. The line flow makes the restaurant a battle when it's only semi full. It also makes it near impossible to visit when I have my kids in the stroller with me. It really feels backwards to me. That said the frozen yogurt is still really good but it just as easy to visit when you want to.

Got some ice cream today and the wait 2as 25 minute. On the drive home, my wife was half way eating her ice cream when she discovered a hair in it. Of course she was grossed out, good ice cream but bad experience.

Amazing yogurt, completely customized! Employees work hard physically to crush, chop, and blend to bring the winning combination to customers. Probably not low in calories when you add in chocolate, sugar and tasty treats to the yogurt mix, but so so good!

The women there werenvery friendly n fun conversaters. They sure do know how to make someone feel at home.

Their ice-cream is really really good :) I love their Nutella flavor one!No parking, just street parking. There are missing quite a few employees, because service is quite slow. It took about 20 minutes before getting served.However it's definitely a to go place in Los Angeles for ice-cream.
